SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy?

We ship domestically within Australia and upon request internationally. Your orders will be dispatched and posted within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched, shipping time will vary depending on your location. 

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post for free. Standard shipping takes between 7-10 working days.

Express Shipping

Express shipping parcels are sent upon request via Australia Post at the cost to the customer.

Express shipping time can vary, please visit (https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/domestic-shipping/express-post) for up to date delivery times. 

International Shipping

International shipping parcels are sent upon request of the customer. International shipping times are dependent upon country and location.

Disclaimer

Once a parcel has been delivered to your delivery address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept delivery of your parcel or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address. If you are providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company as Australia Post will return to sender if you do not make these details clear. We can redeliver parcels where address is incomplete, or has been incorrectly provided, however this will incur a delivery charge.

Please note that the delivery times specified are approximate and as provided by Australia Post We cannot guarantee these delivery times.

What if my package is delayed during shipping?
While we can’t wait for you to receive your new pet blanket (if we could hand deliver it to you ourselves we would!), we unfortunately don’t offer express delivery guarantees. These, as well as delivery times, are outside of our control.

In saying that, our team will always do the best we can to assist in the delivery of your beautiful Designed for Paws blanket.

What are your shipping costs and times?
You’re in luck! We provide free shipping on our orders.

As for shipping, we aim for 1-2 business days dispatch and, depending upon your location, please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

We don’t offer any express delivery guarantees and delivery times are outside of our control, however, we will always do what we can to assist in the delivery of your beautiful Designed for Paws blanket.

I’ve received an email saying my package has been delivered but I’ve still not received it, what do I do?
Oh no! Let’s help you get to the bottom of this so you can get your new blanket as soon as possible. Please contact our customer service team on wecare@designedforpaws.com.au and we’ll help you track down your delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We will consider international shipping on a case by case basis, so please contact our customer service team on wecare@designedforpaws.com.au.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise, then these need to be reported to us immediately so that we can investigate. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

NO REFUND FOR ITEMS ON SALE
All sales items or discounted items are final unless an item is proven to be damaged or faulty.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
We take care to pack your products carefully so that they won’t get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within two days of receiving them in the mail.

We will arrange for the damaged or faulty product to be returned to us and you can let us know whether you would like us to either:
send a replacement to you; or
provide you with a refund.

Changed your mind? No problem. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept returns if the item is unused [with the original tags still attached] and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. Upon receipt, we will issue you with a credit note, if you notify us within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we do not refund the postage fees for change of mind returns. Please see “HOW TO RETURN CHANGE OF MIND PRODUCTS” for details on how to return.

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS
To return an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, please follow the simple steps below:
To let us know the issue and that you would like to arrange a product return. We will advise the best address for you to send the products to. Contact us via wecare@desigendforpaws.com.au

Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and post them back to us.
We will organise a refund or replacement depending on the option you have selected. Please allow for up to 14 days to process a refund. Note that replacement delivery timeframes are subject to stock availability.

HOW TO RETURN CHANGE OF MIND PRODUCTS

To return a change of mind product, please follow the simple steps below:

Can I exchange my blanket for a different colour?

Absolutely! We do offer a 14 day return policy provided that the blanket remains in its original condition. We will happily provide an exchange, refund or store credit.

BLANKET CARE

How do I care for my new pet blanket?
To get the most protection out of your new blanket, please make sure you select a gentle cold wash cycle and hang it in a safe place to dry.

While our blankets are high quality and tested for durability, they’re not designed to withstand chewing or excessive scratching from your furry pals.

GENERAL

What makes Designed for Paws Blankets the best on the market?
In addition to being a soft (and stylish alternative) to protecting your beloved furniture, our blankets aren’t tested on pets, our pets are tested on our blankets. Our head of quality control, Lacey has made sure our blankets can protect your furniture against scratches, leaks and other accidental damage.

Our large pet blanket is also the biggest pet blanket size compared to other Australian brands.

Where are your products made?

We are an Australian owned company.

We started our search for manufacturers here in Australia however were unable to find a company that would deliver the quality and style we were seeking. Therefore our blankets are currently manufactured in China.

What are the Designed for Paws blankets made of?
On top, our pet blankets are made of the softest faux fur for your furry friends (and humans) to relax on. On the underside, you’ll find a highly durable velvet, so our blankets protect your furniture from both sides.
What size blanket should I get?
We’re so happy you’re looking at our blankets. To make sure you get the perfect size for your home and pets, please refer to our interactive size guides on each product page.

Please consider the size of your pet and the space you have available when choosing a blanket size.

Do you have any stockists?
We don’t have any stockists, in order to keep our prices down our blankets are only available through our website.
